Poppa Lewis Collectibles Trading Policy

We’re open to trades! If you have die-cast vehicles you'd like to trade, please read the following terms to understand how our process works.

Accepted Items

We currently consider trades for the following:

1:18, 1:24, and 1:64 scale die-cast vehicles

Brands like Maisto, Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Jada, Johnny Lightning, Greenlight, M2 Machines, etc.

Items can be in new, used, and some case broken or poor condition

Trade Value

We offer trade-in value based on the item's resale potential:

25–40% of our resale price if you want cash

40–60% of our resale price if you choose store credit or trade value

Store credit can be used toward any item I have for sale.

You may combine store credit with cash to make up the difference on higher-value items.

Example: If we value your item at $20 resale, you’ll get:

$5–$8 in cash

$8–$12 in trade credit

Trade Process

1. Send clear photos of the items you want to trade (multiple angles, box condition, etc.)

2. I’ll evaluate them and give you a quote.

3. If we agree, you ship your item first (or bring it in, if local).

4. Once received and approved, I’ll ship or hand over your trade item(s).

Important Notes

I reserve the right to decline any trade based on condition, overstock, or market value.

Damaged or incomplete items may receive a reduced offer or be declined.

All trades are final once agreed upon and completed.
